We offer system diagnostic and repair. When calling to schedule, please have time to answer a few questions so that we can properly notate that information for your technician. This will help with saving a bit of time on both your side and ours!

-Breaker in the main panel

-Any GFCI outlets that may be located near your equipment

-Thermostat is set in the desired mode (heat or cool)

-For propane/natural gas do you have service turned on? Do you have propane above 20% in your tank?
